Notes from Manager Call

• 3 days in the office/2 days remote
• At least 5 years of Qlikview – dev dashboard, UI front end exp needed and backend experience is needed to do scripting and load data and transform it - 60% on backend side with scripting, 40% in UI Frontend
• Db knowledge is a plus
• SQL a plus – data coming from DWH
• Certs a plus
• Able to handle advanced calculation on UI side
• Optimize and debug apps
• VBA a plus
• Excel is a required , analyze the Excel files, need to navigate around Excel
• Need to document changes that have been made, need to track changes
• Dashboards will be bult within internal audit, planning dashboard, quarterly dashboards that they develop in Qlikview
• 2% development is quick, most is long term – building new functionality
• Work well under pressure, multiple assignments at one time, must juggle work load
• 1 hour interview – 2 people for 30 min each, maybe a 3rd 30 min interview after that – Zoom Interview

Scope/Deliverable:
-Develop new dashboards in Qlikview to support key department initiatives.
-Enhance Qlikview dashboards as needed to support resource management metrics functionality and other maintenance.
-Document business requirements and transition map to support moving business logic from Qlikview dashboards to data warehouse.

Skillsets required:
-Proficient in Qlikview development
-Strong data base knowledge and experience in data warehouse development is a plus
-Advanced knowledge of Excel; VBA skills a plus
-Working experience in documenting system requirements including data flows and procedures
-Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines
-Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $66.00 - $71.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
