Mainspring Wireless a Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer - is looking to expand our team.

We are looking for Store Managers and Full-time/ Part-time Sales Associates.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay, excellent commissions, and performance bonuses. As well as ongoing training and support to ensure help you succeed.

Responsibilities As a Mobile Retail Sales Associate include but are not limited to:

  • Become an expert in our products and services and keep up with the industry’s latest.
  • Guiding customers through their purchasing experience by sharing your expertise.
  • Explore customers’ needs and provide hands-on demonstrations. Resolve issues, creating a seamless, one-stop environment.
  • Meet sales goals and upsell various packages.
  • Promote new sales by presenting our customers and potential customers with new products.
  • Maintain the store’s visual appearance to high standards.
  • Perform all required opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities As a Store Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
  • Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on training for new products.
  • Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Coaching, training, and developing a team of effective Sales Associates.
  • Responsible for overseeing organization of store schedule and employee time sheets.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that visual merchandising is engaging to customers, while adhering to the wireless brand standards.
  • Must ensure that all cash handling and bank deposits are conducted according to company policy .

General Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible shifts: which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desired.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with strong communication skills and work ethics.
  • Multitasking and quickly solve problems.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment as you build excitement around our products.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and approach service sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
