Black Swan gift shop is looking for an excellent leader for our team. We are seeking a Full Time Manager to run the store and staff in Leavenworth. Do you thrive in a busy retail environment? Job Requirements

• Great Leadership - able to lead by example to motivate and inspire a team.

• Customer Service Driven – enjoy working with the public and your co-workers to create an extraordinary customer service experience.

• Some formal retail, management, supervisory, or applicable experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communicator.

• Self-motivated, hard working, good listener who isn't afraid to take initiative.

• Open availability - Weekends, Nights, etc.

• A retail personality - good with people and proactive with selling merchandise.

• Always reliable and on time. We are a team, looking for more team players.

• Accountability with store maintenance - Ordering, Scheduling, Delegating Tasks, Receiving Merchandise, etc.

• Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

• Very Competitive Annual Salary with Room for Growth - Minimum starting salary of $60,000 depending on experience.
