Our team is looking for a Sub-Agent to join our office team, preferably with a background in agriculture. Sub-Agents at our company receive many different types of calls, ranging from calls from customers who are newly interested in our services to clients who need information about their current policies. Due to the nature of our business, we require committed, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer.
• Keep track of customers' needs and requests.
• Process and collect payment.
• Record claims.
• Gather information from customers in order to properly quote their insurance needs.
• Maintain a good work ethic and positive attitude with co-workers.
• Stay organized and self motivated to produce business.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (GED)
• Property and Casualty Insurance license (Oklahoma)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lawton, OK 73501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
