Sun & Fork is looking for a dynamic Managers! This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of our Restaurant, including the selection, development and performance of all team members. In addition they ensure guest satisfaction during the dining experience. Accountable for achieving sales and profit expectations in an amazing team culture with emphasis on QUALITY in Culture!!

Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase SALES and minimize cost including food, beverage, supplies , and labor cost , while achieving high standards and quality.

Personal requirements. Self discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing. Must be able to handle pressure of coordinating a variety of tasks and solutions to opportunities as they occur.

Work week is 50-55 hours per week, ability to perform all functions at restaurant level.

Minimum 2 years in previous management experience
