What You Will Be Doing
Daily responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations at construction site
- Lead meetings with crew
- Responsible for hiring, training & leading construction crew
- Follow construction plans
- Responsible for ordering & maintaining equipment
- Set & stick to budget/schedule
- Daily logs & documentation
- Ensure communication and accuracy of subcontractor timeline
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years experience in Single Family Residential construction
- 5+ years experience as Superintendent
- Provide clear and articulate direction to team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong sub-contractor relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and MS Project software
