Full Time/Local Portland Metro Area

Qualifications:

• 8+ Years experience in Underground Construction, Supervising multiple crews and projects
• Previous Experience Coordinating and Scheduling Subcontractors, Vendors and other related trades
• Proficient with reading Plans, Specifications and Grade Stakes
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Competent Person Card and Proficient with Shoring Procedures and Systems
• CPR/First Aid Card
• Self Motivated
• Safety Minded
• Must Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen

Job Tasks include, but not limited to the following:

• Supervise foreman and crew for street reconstruction, utility installation and site work projects
• Ensure work is productively completed on time and on budget
• Scheduling Crew Work Activities & related trades
• Oversee Quality Control on projects
• Ability to teach and promote growth within company
• Promote Safe Work Place

• COP PWB Watermain Work
• COP Parks Projects
• Commercial & Residential Site Development
