IT Systems Administrator to our expanding IT Team!

Position responsibilities:
- Manage and document existing IT and communications systems, services, applications, and licenses.
- Review requirements for new systems, recommend, design, implement, and manage useful cost-efficient solutions.
- Provide support to L2 on system-wide issues.
- Generate documentation for technical support and regulatory compliance.
- Manage migration of legacy systems to cloud.
- Implement Microsoft enterprise licensing and configure systems for security and high availability.
- Coordinate security and device management deployments.
- Improve and automate onboarding for new users and devices.
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Relevant/recent Microsoft or IT certifications are a plus
- Experience with retail or large-scale IT deployments
- Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft Azure/Active Directory/Office 365/SharePoint
- MS Exchange /Spam filtering /Email security
- Microsoft, Apple, Android, and Linux operating systems and services
- ERP and Accounting applications
- VOIP, conferencing, communications, & chat systems
- Remote monitoring & management
- SOX and PCI compliance
- Problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects/responsibilities
- Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills
