The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in national recruitment and to advance their career in healthcare and human resources. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring nurses and therapists for our contracted long term care and assisted living facilities across the United States. Candidates knowledgeable and experienced recruiting in the healthcare industry and/or multiple states will be shortlisted. This is a full-time work opportunity.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Researching, marketing, candidate screening, interviewing, collaborating and evaluating skills.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to conduct high volume recruitment and screening skills
- Experience in virtual recruiting through the use of conference platforms, HRIS and other online collaborative tools
- Demonstrates responsiveness in communicating and follow-through with both the applicants and facility clientele
- Demonstrates professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Familiarity with relevant employment Law
- Healthcare or allied staffing experience preferred
