Overview:
- The position is fully remote
- Part-time, 10 to 35 hours per week
Job Summary
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play a critical role in our advanced manufacturing operations and will be key players of success going forward. This person has a strong sales-type personality ‘hunter’ who will find and cultivate candidates in both known and lesser-accessed candidate pools.
Responsibilities include
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.) and through direct outreach to key sources and ‘watering holes’ of talent
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Vetting candidates using data and professional skills
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates; ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

Physical Requirements & Disclaimer:
