Not only will we invest time in training you to become a Lead Teacher, but we will also pay for your Child Development Associate (CDA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a team that trains and grows you into a Lead Teacher
• Support the growth and development of children in all aspects - social, emotional, and academic
• Help create and maintain a fun and nurturing classroom environment
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
• Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a childcare setting is a plus but not necessary
• Must be happy and like children
