Pay Range: $35.00 - 40.00, depending on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Expectations
The Team Leader is an Executive Protection Agent tasked with leading a team of at least 4 protectors, up to 8 on occasion wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail, policies, and procedures. The Team Leader holds the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted, senior most on-site leader. Scheduling, personnel management, proactive and good communication are a must have for the Team Leader Role.
The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:
- Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
- Monitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras.
- Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Opportunities for travel/special assignments.
- Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
- Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
- Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with your team and the client
- Maintain a schedule to effectively account for your teams’ needs and preferences of the detail
- Ensure policies/procedures and licensing requirements are met by your team daily
- Required: California Armed Guard Card issued by BSIS
- Required: California Exposed Firearms Permit Issued by BSIS
- Required: 3+ years leadership experience in an Executive Protection role or Residential Security setting, leading a team of 4+ agents.
- Participation in random drug screenings.
- Pass pre-employment background investigation.
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Possess a valid and current driver license
- Possess a valid U.S Passport
- Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
- The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, California Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit, and/or CPR certification
