Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our guest.
• Ensure timely completion of daily duty list throughout each shift.
• Open, complete shift change and close location per Smoothie King standard.
• Achieve goals set forth by manager, and help ensure team members are striving to reach locations goals.
• Become knowledgeable on all Smoothie King product, including retail.
• Must have abilities to suggestively sell.
• Must be punctual.
• Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
