We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech support, with a focus on hardware repair.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email support channels
- Troubleshooting issues with our products and services
- Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries related to our products and services
- Escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams
- Documenting and managing support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, with a focus on hardware repair
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience as a tier 2 tech support representative with companies that have tech support
- Experience with ticket management systems and troubleshooting tools

This job is FULL-TIME, FULLY REMOTE, and pays hourly plus commission.
