- Assessing and responding to the needs of each and every client in order to provide outstanding and timely service
- Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage and beyond
- Offering consultative CV and interview advice to candidates
- Managing and prioritizing a heavy workload

1+ years of business development sales experience and/or 1+ years of 360 recruitment experience- Outstanding communication ability and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Well-organized & have a high attention to detail
- Enjoy working to targets
- Interested or experienced in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
- Self-starters with a track record of achievement and the desire to build a career within recruitment/sales
