One of our top clients, a prestigious and well know University is seeking a Temp Office Assistant, Transportation Program Manager
- Pay rate $25 - $28 per hour
- The position is 100% in an office.
- Monday-Friday

OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Director of Transportation and Parking Services, this role serves as a utility player to support a dynamic suite of transportation and parking services. The Office Administrator provides constant project and administrative support to each area of the TPS portfolio. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for escalated cases with The Service Point.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Program management and support, including parking operations and permit assignments; Revise Your Ride (RYR) commuter incentive programs; and campus mobility services.
- Register Participants for Lyft Program
- Support Lost Bike Request
- Maintain Inner Campus Access List
- Assist with Department Portal Setup
- Assist with Parking Assignment Updates
Primary liaison to The Service Point on all transportation and parking issues. ServiceNow Case Management
- Update The Service Point with TPS updates and notifications
- Process Specialty Permit RequestOffice management and primary administrative support for the Director.
Schedule Staff and Outside Department Meetings
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in program coordination and/or customer service.
Experience preparing materials for meetings and organizing and staffing events. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse university environment.
- Ability to work with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and collaborate with teams within a customer-service oriented environment.
- Organizational skills to handle several projects simultaneously, accommodate shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in higher education, hospital, airport, or public agency parking and transportation programs.
- Experience in transportation and parking management systems (e.g., T2 parking software, TripShot next bus arrival, etc.) or other similar systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar customer service platforms.
