Position Summary:
The Temporary Violations Processor teams up with join our Violations Management team to process incoming customer violations. This position reports to the Violations Supervisor, and the successful candidate will be responsible for data entry and processing of inbound electronic violations and mailed-in violations on behalf of our customers. The ideal candidate would have a interest in data entry, processing information, attention to detail, and be motivated to work with our team and independently to do the best for our customers. This position will be at our brand new gorgeous space in the most sought after area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape.
This is a temporary position that will be scheduled M-F, day shift, 40 hours per week until March 31, 2023.
What We Want You to Do:
- Manual or system-assisted data entry of violations and researching transactions based on established criteria.
- Perform extensive research and analysis using agency websites and customer communication follow-ups.
- Analyze transactions from various data sources to identify anomalies and establish potential patterns.
- Follow-up with customers and agency representatives to resolve violation conflicts.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills
- High level understanding of basic computer programs and processes is desired.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize work is a must.
- Ability to detect, document and correct quality issues. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift boxes of mail. Stand for long periods of time scanning documents.
