Position Description: 6-month Project Manager
Position Summary
This project manager consultant will be one of two members of the corporate giving team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Relations. Corporate Relations at LPFCH raises money from local, national, and international companies for Lucile Packard Children?s Hospital Stanford and for maternal and pediatric programs at the Stanford School of Medicine.
This role will advance various existing and emerging corporate fundraising projects over the course of six months and will partially replace a team member who is on leave. This role would overlap with and receiving training from the current program manager.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve on the 2023 Summer Scamper working group, representing the needs of the corporate relations team and our sponsors.
• Support Director in finalizing Summer Scamper sponsorships, liaison with sponsor teams and manage initial stages of benefit fulfillment process.
• Manage Shop for Packard retail partnership program including responding to new requests, working with companies to correctly complete their applications, finalize partnerships, and support internal and external marketing efforts of various campaigns.
• Manage corporate stewardship portfolio including traditional reports, social media, gift fulfillment, and creative recognition.
• Writing projects include
• Develop written stewardship reports, often in conjunction with faculty partners
• Gift acknowledgment letters/emails

• Limited administrative tasks including data entry and managing booking process for new corporate gifts, including sending gift receipts/gift acknowledgements.
• If the candidate is local to Bay Area, there will be an opportunity for in person assignments including supporting check presentations and holiday toy drive for patients at Lucile Packard Children?s Hospital.
