Position Summary

We're looking for a Test Engineer who is self-motivated and can learn quickly and contribute to creating and executing automated and manual test cases and release processes.

Essential Job Duties

• Attend Scrum team rituals and work closely with team to deeply understand new product functional requirements.
• Write specific, comprehensive test cases to manually validate new functionality, ensuring a low defect rate.
• Identify recurring functional test cases and automate them.
• Research and prototype new test automation solutions when needed.
• Work with 3rd party APIs to develop new integration solutions.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAX exchange leader.

Travel Requirements

• Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Good understanding of Testing methodology and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise.
• Good understanding of software quality Automation.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Good understanding and ability to write SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of testing web technologies like Selenium.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to communicate and document in clear and crisp formats.
• Able to work with multiple teams/stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 1 year relevant work experience
