Responsibilities

• He/She receives and processes packages for courier shipment, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices

• The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries

• Take action to learn all product and service offerings

• Operate all print equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Available during center hours of Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 9am-3pm

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet during your shift

• Be reliable and punctual, with keyholder responsibilities of opening/closing the center

The UPS Store Associates are responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all retail customers. He/She receives and processes packages for courier shipment, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

--Available during center hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm

--Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet during your shift

--Be reliable and punctual, with keyholder responsibilities of opening/closing the center

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail sales experience * Strong computer and internet skills * High school diploma/GED * A friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor * Professional appearance * A fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. * Print experience a plus, but not necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
