Southwest Behavioral Health Center has an opening for a Licensed Therapist to provide direct care in our Desert Haven Women's Residential SUD Program in St. George, Utah.

The position is full time with full benefits including health insurance, leave time, holiday pay, enrollment in the Utah Retirement System and more.

Qualifications:

--Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College --License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Clinical Mental Health Counselor, (CMHC), or have completed education requirements and receiving supervised hours to be fully licensed within 2 years of hire.

--Experience working with substance use disorder required.

--Excellent computer skills with demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly -- Proficiency with various forms of electronic documentation and communication.

The position requires strong documentation skills and the ability to remain current with documentation is a must. Position will provide group therapy, assessments and individual therapy to clients in a substance use disorder program. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus - not required.

Salary will depend on license and experience. Benefits include medical insurance coverage, enrollment in the Utah Retirement System, holiday pay, vacation time, sick time time and more. This is an approved site for the National Health Service Corp (NHSC) loan repayment program.
