Tire Technician Warehouse:

NWAD is a General Motors factory partner (Wholesaler), covering the Pacific Northwest. We have an immediate opening for a Tire Technician. NWAD offers a wide variety of new wheels and tires for passenger vehicles, light/heavy duty trucks and SUV’s. Hours of operations are Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Mount, dismount and balancing of all types of wheels & tires from new vehicles.
• Stock and assist with physical inventory of wheels, tires & components.
• Maintain tools and equipment to insure efficient operating condition.
• Palletize mounted sets for ship out.
• Operate a forklift, order picker & pallet jack.
• Process all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Observe all safety rules and procedure.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use computerized tire changing/balancing equipment.
• Repetitive and sustained exertions.
• 1-year applicable experience as Tire Technician.
• Execute multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and composure.
• Ability to communicate effectively associates and management.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 40 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds up to 1/3 of the work day.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record and be able to pass a drug screening.
