Title: Tool Repair/Customer Service
Classification: Full Time – Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the evaluation, repair, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Determine customers needs and making appropriate equipment recommendations.
• Manage any documentation associated with the repair and maintenance of each service order.
• Purchase any parts or equipment necessary to complete the service order at hand.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers regarding any questions on product information.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all tools and must
• Effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining the tools and repairing them as necessary.
• Accept payments and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns, should they arise.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide common fractions/decimals)
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a team atmosphere
• Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check
• Previous experience and knowledge in the tool and tool repair industry preferred
