Title: Tool Repair/Customer Service
Classification: Full Time – Hourly
Pay Range: $18-20 DOE
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Reports To: Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the evaluation, repair, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Determine customers needs and making appropriate equipment recommendations.
- Manage any documentation associated with the repair and maintenance of each service order.
- Purchase any parts or equipment necessary to complete the service order at hand.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers regarding any questions on product information.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all tools and must
- Effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining the tools and repairing them as necessary.
- Accept payments and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
- Address and resolve customer service concerns, should they arise.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide common fractions/decimals)
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team atmosphere
- Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check
- Previous experience and knowledge in the tool and tool repair industry preferred
