Position Summary:
Tracking Specialists are instrumental in the important follow up and monitoring of patient activities. Patients in our care that undergo diagnostic imaging in particular require comprehensive follow-up to ensure the highest quality of care. Through phone calls, letters, and continual communication, the Specialist is an important linkage between the patient and the referral provider(s). This is a hybrid position (4 days remote, 1 day onsite per week) requiring a commitment of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Must be skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Customer service skills are required.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with others.
Key Duties:
- Obtains weekly report of outstanding recalls in Diagnostic Departments Box and Recall Tracker Boxes in EHR.
- Tracks recalls in and assures that all patients are recalled in a timely manner.
- Reviews EHR to ensure that results and consult reports are accurate and complete.
- Maintains communication and follows-up with patient and referral provider to ensure compliance with result notification requirements.
- Collaborates closely with Referral Associates and Ancillary Providers.

Starting Compensation: Minimum $16.50 per hour; Maximum $16.50 per hour
