PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the performance of all work and has full authority to act in behalf of CTI on all contract matters relating to the daily execution of training design, development, and delivery throughout the US Coast Guard, specific to work location. Reports directly to CTIs Program Manager while keeping customer informed of site-specific work progress.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor concerns/issues and complete the administrative tasks associated with this PWS (e.g. deliverables).
  • Be familiar with all duties and qualifications required of the contract.
  • Oversee development and delivery of instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables required are delivered on time.
  • Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.
  • Provide project coordination and process improvements thru the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
  • Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts.
  • Provide timely and effective conflict resolution.
  • Supervise and direct work of contractor employees.
  • Coordinate work schedules/assignments of contractor employees.
  • Communicate effectively with the COR.
  • Resolve and respond to issues directly with the COR.
  • Monitor employee work schedules and employee daily time entries, and validate time submissions at the end of each pay period.
  • Interview applicants for position vacancies and make applicant recommendations to the Managing Director of Human Resources.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of all required security training. Ensure adequate training is provided for new employees.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
