Transportation Management Trainee Needed in South Roxanna, IL (St. Louis)

Are you a dispatcher or billing clerk in Transportation and looking for the next step in your career?

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the transportation industry and our 94-year-old company. The person in this role will learn all aspects of running our terminal, managing freight loads, and working with our great employees.

Responsibilities Include:

• Billing customer loads, servicing our customers, auditing our driver’s logs
• Learn to dispatch loads for our drivers and managing our fleet of trucks
• Communication is key; being a team player will create success in this role

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to learn new computer dispatching software, DOT safety regulations and terminology
• Attention to detail in everything you do and an inquisitive mindset
