Job description
Travers Automotive is looking for a new pre-owned Sales Manager due to increasing business. Travers has 6 car locations and 2 RV dealerships. We are looking for top producers only with extensive automotive sales management and finance background. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to sell and deliver a car from front to finance. Must be able to lead a strong sales force and train every day. Travers stocks over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles and sells from all locations. If you are currently managing a dead-end dealership with no inventory this is an unbelievable opportunity for the right person!

Qualifications:
Must have the following qualifications, if not, please do not apply:
- Five or more years of automotive management or finance experience
- Established relationships with banks and lenders
- Stable job history
- Clear understanding on how to structure deals from front to back
- Extensive subprime experience
- Excellent leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, motivate, and monitors the performance of all sales employees
- Process financing deals accurately and securing approvals
- Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals
- Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership
Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
