Summary:
Lima One Capital is searching for a Treasury Manager who possesses strong values, a great work ethic, attention to detail, assertiveness, and confidence. This role reports directly to the Controller. Prior experience in a treasury or accounting leadership role with accounts payable and accounts receivable exposure is essential. Experience in the mortgage lending industry is preferred but not required. We are a fast-growing company, and candidates have a great opportunity to hone their treasury skills in an environment that will provide them opportunities to take ownership of, and improve, processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for the Company’s internal bank administration
- Create, update, and maintain compliance with Company policy for ACH/Wire/Transfers/Expense approval thresholds
- Prepare weekly and daily liquidity analysis
- Maintenance and evaluation of banking structure and bank account information
- Daily cash balance management
- Primary point of contact for the Capital Markets team with regard to all new investor transactions
- Maintain SOX documentation
- Primary oversight of the entire Treasury function, include continual improvement of policies and procedures for Treasury operations
- Develop and maintain a process for monitoring daily cash disbursement and noting any unusual activity/ patterns
- Develop and report key treasury metrics to the Controller and CFO on a monthly basis
- Proficiency in working under strict deadlines
- Daily review and approval of wires and ACH payments on banking platforms
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or applicable field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in a management role
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with financial management platforms
- Experience with asset-based lending arrangements preferred but not required
- Certified Treasury Professional or similar certification preferred but not required
