5 or more years' practical work experience in application program development * Expert level is required in Visual Basic 6, Classic ASP, COM, COM+, XML, XLST, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views in SQL Server 2008 RS * Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming with C#, Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL Server Management Studio 2008 * Strong knowledge of development and implementation of ASP * NET and Windows Forms applications
