Description
The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for keeping inventory in our warehouse orderly and up to standards. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments to supply our customers with timely product placement.
Responsibilities
- Validate outgoing inventory for shipping accuracy and consistency
- Validate incoming inventory against packing list for receiving accuracy and consistency
- Load and unload delivery trucks as it pertains to equipment, parts, supplies and other inventory related items
- Box and un-box equipment, parts, supplies and related equipment as it pertains to set-ups and staging
- Responsible ship-ins, receiving accordingly and delivered to setup area
- Responsible for ship-outs, depending on situation, shipping out via Worldwide Express and/or JC Delivery
- Responsible for labeling equipment relative to stocking locations
- Identify and resolve problems related to inventory variances, stockroom operations and vendor orders
- Coordinate and perform physical inventories of central warehouse location cyclical as directed by Part Supervisor
- Reconcile stockroom inventory against computer generated reports
- Keep inventory stock/shelves in proper sequence, clean, accurate and organized
- Keep warehouse clean and safe and order
- Perform other activities that support DOCUmation and our service organization
- Work closely with order processor and supervisor
- Must be able to drive a forklift while following safety guidelines
- Responsible for vendor relations as it pertains to best pricing scenarios, warranty, and rebate incentives
- Wrap machines, accordingly, print label, stock machines accordingly
- Perform quarterly equipment inventories
- Assist or conduct scanning on all equipment and accessories quarterly and reconcile
- Perform duties to include assisting operational manger on any in-house repairs, etc.
- Assist delivery drivers if need on deliveries
Experience & Required Skills
- 1-2 yrs.+ inventory control/warehouse experience
- Technical knowledge/skills
- Analysis (problem identification)
- Attention to Detail

- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Planning and organizing, (work management)
- Teamwork (cooperation)
- Work standards & Follow-up (concern for quality)
- Inventory Control Experience
- Forklift certified
- Computer literate
Education & Certification
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
- Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboard
- Ability to operate Forklift machinery
- Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
- Ability to communicate with others regularly and clearly
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lb boxes and parts
