Muller, Inc., a premier distributor of some of the finest beer products in the 6 County Philadelphia market has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator at its Grant Avenue, NE Philadelphia location.

The ideal candidate must be a detail oriented, multi-tasker who is comfortable in a warehouse environment. Primary duties include: preparing nightly operations reports, verifying prepared orders, assist in checking orders to include pallet checking, and data input as well as assisting with physical counting of inventory. Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.

This position needs two positions to be filled:

(1): 3rd Shift – 10pm to 7am [Sunday to Thursday]

Responsibilities

• Acting as second-in-command to the managers/supervisors, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
• Assisting managers and supervisor with operational issues.
• Attend meetings and team building sessions as required.
• Promptly answering the questions of staff and in relations to operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with union employees.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents (Incident reports and Write-Ups), not limited to operating our software (VIP).
• Assist in verifying inventory of pallets (Order Checking).
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Updating logs and order forms (accountability of Union Employees).
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager and Supervisor.
• End of the day report submitted via email and handling incoming calls to the Operations department.
• Responsible for verifying drivers paperwork and retaining customer’s payments upon completion of a delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A relevant certificate may be required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• Military experience (Supply, Logistic, Warehouse, or Operations) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
