QLM is a NOW seeking to fill positions for a Full-Time Restoration Technician in Marietta, GA.

A successful Restoration Technician will possess a broad range of skills that includes an exceptional ability to communicate with customers, a comprehensive understanding of the products he or she is working with, and the ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform flooding cleanup.
• Perform fire or smoke cleanup.
• Remove water from flooded areas.
• Return flooded areas to their pre-flood condition.
• Clean up and dispose of hazardous materials.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years’ experience water mitigation / restoration work
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
• Must have ability to work well with others
• Must be able to lift 75-80 lbs
• Must have work shoes required
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to report to HQ daily.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
