We are searching for a Welcome Center Receptionist to join our team!

Location Address:
Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center Rd. Westlake, Ohio
Shift Available:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm - Full Time (32 hours per week)

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service experience
If yes, would you like a position that…
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Greet and direct all campus visitors
- Manage mail: Receive and distribute incoming and internal mail, packages and deliveries, as well as outgoing mail, including HP mail to proper POAs as needed or instructed; prepare labels for IL mail boxes as residents admit or withdraw or move to another level of care
- Maintain POA label binder as needed
- Communicate effectively among all departments across campus
- Manage all Guest Suite reservations; track and send invoicing to Billing Department
- Monitor fire and medical alarms
- Assist residents with copies, if needed
