Wine Director – Pappas Bros. Steakhouse

We are seeking a Wine Director to oversee our award-winning wine program at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Dallas, TX. Our collection boasts 3,900 distinct wines, including selections from every fine wine producing region across the world, and we’re always expanding both the depth and breadth of our collection. The Wine Director will manage our inventory, ordering and sommelier education to ensure our exquisite wine collection is an integral part of our Guest’s dining experience.
Candidates must have:
- Previous experience as a Wine Director, or comparable position (i.e. Head Sommelier).
- Prior leadership and management experience in fine dining.
- CMS Advanced or MS; MW (or candidate).
