The Clinical Coordinator will demonstrate competency by planning, organizing, and managing the personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective and productive manner for the clinical areas of Wound Care Department; demonstrates an advanced level of clinical skills and the ability to assist others to achieve quality care skills; plans for clinic operations and patient care to proceed smoothly for the highest quality; have organizational skills evident in personal level of accomplishments, clinic operations and ability to prioritize for a high level of work output and take initiative for continuous improvement of quality in a fast-paced, stressful, rapidly changing environment; demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in leadership, evident in patient care situations as well as general clinic operations and management duties; competency in the training of personnel, development of a high quality team for care, supervision and management of staff, ability to relate to staff, peers, resource personnel and supervisors.
Education
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; Health Care Administration or related area of study preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing or supervising within a clinic setting required.
Licensure/Certifications
