High Steel Structures is one of the largest steel fabricators in North America. The company produces steel superstructures for bridges, including some of the most iconic structures in the nation. The company also supplies girders and weldments for construction and industrial applications.

We are currently hiring for Reamers on 3rd shift. Positions are for the Lancaster Yard. Third-shift operates four 10-hour days. Monday-Thursday evenings from 8:30PM - 7:00 AM. Shift differential: 25% of base rate!

This is year-round, outdoor work, in all weather conditions!

Description:

• Perform all required duties to ream pre-punched or pre-drilled holes at splice section of girders.
• Ream holes using air-driven reamer.
• Ream pre-assembled bolts and replace into reamed holes.
• Match plates and use electric drills to drill holes, as necessary.

Our next co-worker will ideally possess the following:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
• The ability to read, write, and follow directions
• Forklift certification or the willingness to get certified ASAP
• Previous Yard experience a plus.
