We are hiring for a dynamic Program Director for our Childcare Division of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. In this position, you will directly manage the daily operations of 5-9 Afterschool program sites and up to 3 Day Camps in an assigned district or territory, including meeting the quality standards of the Y and State Licensing and ensuring exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

We believe our Teams are pivotal in our success, therefore a Program Director must have proven ability to hire, train, retain, and provide ongoing development/accountability as needed for a team of part-time staff who ensure the safety and quality of programming. Additionally, in this role, you will build ongoing parent relationships, engage school leadership to partner on expectations, market our programs, and deliver excellence; thus, high visibility during program hours is expected as a part of successful. Managing Out-of-School Times program is a requirement: Afterschool, Day Camp, Childcare Centers, or other applicable experience. Without this experience, you will not qualify through State Licensing. You will be subject to all background checks to ensure the safety and security of our children.
