POSITION SUMMARY

Qualified candidates are individuals that are motivated to have a positive impact on the lives of young adults. We work in a team based approach, year round in rural Maine on a 400 acre farm. Your core responsibilities include: creating opportunities for our residents to rediscover values and develop skills to cope with challenges, helping students develop a relationship with the natural world and learn how to get along with others in healthy and cooperative ways, and evaluating the results of students' choices and encouraging them to develop improved strategies and problem-solving skills.

POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively participate and contribute in training and continued professional development.
• Maintain program expectations and hold individuals accountable.
• Review and maintain familiarity with student notes, administer and record daily events.
• Oversight of daily routines including but not limited to meals, chores, school, and enrichment activities.
• Maintain 100% supervision at all times, providing consistent emotional and physical support to students.
• Respond to program, behavioral and medical needs in accordance with Ironwood policy and procedure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
