ROLE OVERVIEW

Primary Responsibilities include providing financial, administrative support to members of the Finance Department. By processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, the associate assures payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

We are looking for an individual that is incredibly hard-working, highly motivated, organized and efficient, adaptable, energetic, professional, collaborative, supportive, a great communicator, and with an overall great work ethic.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Reconciliation and preparation of schedules for various GL accounts.
• Preform 3-way match - Accounts Receivables.
• Assist with resolving sales tax issues with States. Assist with financial and tax audits.
• Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes
• Work on other ad hoc projects on as needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented
• 5+ years of relevant accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software,
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant degree
• 4 days IN OFFICE
