Wood Panel Wall USA is seeking a knowledgeable experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our Accounting Department. We are a manufacturer located in the city of Pacoima, CA. The ideal candidate should obtain excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to perform various operations in the Accounting Department.

Must know QuickBooks and Accounting principles.

Job Responsibilitites:

• Performing accounts reconciliations
• AP,AR Invoice entry, and monthly statement generation and collection efforts
• Post payments in QB
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Reports to Accounts Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficiency QuickBooks Software and tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills is a must
• Bookkeeping
• Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Is a problem solver and resourceful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
