YOUR LIFE AS OUR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

This lead finance position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

As our Accounting Specialist - Senior Accountant, your work helps us make strategic decisions to enhance our plumbing company's performance! In this position, you manage various accounting matters to keep our finances straight. Diligently, you process staff payroll and ensure our employees are properly paid. You also stay on top of all accounts payable and billing matters, paying our bills and sending bills to customers in a timely manner.

Attentive to detail, you reconcile our monthly balance sheets and bank statements to make sure everything is correct. You also perform timely and accurate month-end closes. At the end of the day, you take great pride in effectively handling our financial matters and keeping our business on the pathway to success!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Accounting degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Knowledge about generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
