Overview:
This position is a support resource for the Titan Shared Resource Center (SRC) Accounting Department and Store locations.

- Enter accounts payable invoices with proper approvals
- Post and prepare bank deposits and record ACH payments received at SRC
- Monitor each store’s compliance with the Titan Machinery policies
- Calculate and record monthly accruals
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations
- Complete vendor reconciliations
- Process inventory transactions
- Assist with preparation of management reports, including SEC reporting
- Assist with and/or manage special projects as directed
- Interfaces with intern group to enhance learning experience
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Other duties as assigned
- Completed 2 + semesters of education/training (degree, certificate, etc.) in Accounting or Finance, or 1 + years of related experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to travel on a limited basis and work flexible hours
