Accounts Payable Analyst| Beverage Industry

We are looking an Accounts Payable Analyst to start immediately with a beverage company located at Waco, Texas.

Details:

• Salary: $38.04 per hour
• Duration: Temporary Contract
• Location: Waco, Texas (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing all Payables, Vendor Maintenance, Payment Receipts & Cash Allocation tasks in a timely manner defined by the respective SLAs and KPIs in QuickBooks and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Process accounts receivable and payable
• Generate all invoices on behalf of the company.
• Maintain records of all invoices and relative payments by filing physical and digital invoices
• Assist in monthly inventory counting.
• Manage employee credit card expense reporting process.
• Support the finance integration of Balcones into Diageo’s systems and ways of working.
• ensure correct approvals are requested and given for invoice processing and weekly payment cycles.
• Perform all other duties/projects as may be required by Site Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

Graduate degree preferably

3-4 years' experience in accounting including: Accounts Payable and Receivable

Good understanding of end-to-end OTC process cycle.

Good understanding of Cash Applications.

QuickBooks knowledge is a plus

SAP knowledge is a plus

Must be local to Waco, Texas
