These custom-tailored business solutions help our top Arts & Entertainment, Lifestyle & Culture, News, Humor, and Sports publisher’s create and support their amazing content teams.

Our growing company is searching for an Ad Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team and Publisher Support teams. We are looking for someone who has a passion for ad trafficking, optimization, number crunching, customer service, and has a mastery of Google Ad Manager. This position will own the trafficking and campaign management of all third-party vendors. This vital role ensures maximum publisher revenue, as well as provides satisfactory customer service.

The Ad Operations Associate will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and Manager of Revenue Operations and Publisher Support. The position is mostly remote work, with small in person meetings. Our ideal candidate should come ready to serve an integral role in our day-to-day operations, provide valuable data insights, be extremely detailed, and have a passion for high-touch customer service.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Google Ad Manager, Line-Item delivery, Forecasting, and Ad Management
  • Ownership of all pre-launch and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and client services teams on campaign execution as needed
  • Support the ad operations team by monitoring and optimizing active Programmatic Orders, and ensure all Line Items are setup correctly
  • Manage all active Orders to optimize their pacing and performance, and provide reports to clients and internal teams including Prebid, Amazon and Tagged based partners
  • Experience with Google Preferred Deals, Prebid PMP setup, and other Programmatic Deals
  • Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of ad code, JavaScript, and general coding
  • Proficiency with Prebid + Amazon TAM
  • Prior work with Klipfolio, Google Data Studios, or other data visualization tools'
