$5,000. Sign On Bonus and $5,000. Relocation

Job Summary

• The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible for the organization of patient care services delivered for assigned multi-physician/multi-practice sites. This position is responsible for 5-7 practice locations with approximately 30-50 licensed and unlicensed clinical FTE's in partnership with the practice Managers.
• The Ambulatory Nurse Manager assures that the delivery of clinical services is evidenced based/patient centered, efficient and safe.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer experience; directing and mentoring clinical staff.
• orientation and training of staff on workflows and technology to ensure standardization of services and optimization of resources.
• The Ambulatory Nurse Manager position is able to perform all aspects of patient care as required by P and PLPG RN job description and Florida Board of Nursing.
• This position ensures assigned practices and staff are in compliance with all federal,state and local laws and meets the requirements of regulatory agencies and LMHS policies and procedures.
• The Ambulatory Nurse Manager in partnership with practice management is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring,education, counseling,developing and improving the performance of clinical staff.
• This position develops and maintains technical proficiency with the EHR, and serves as a resource and support to staff,management and physicians. This position supports assigned practice physicians, managers and reports to the Director of Nursing. This position is considered to be exempt.

Bachelor's Nursing Preferred
