Pay range: $18 - $22 per hour.
What you'll do...
- You will collect and combine all data related to new plant placed in relation to individual jobs completed.
- You will create clear design Asbuilt maps detailing all new plant placed by construction for each job completed.
- You will monitor incoming requests for design verifications.
- You will coordinate and schedule site verifications when needed.
- You will upload all completed documents for job closure.
- You will perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
Who we are looking for...
You have experience using Adobe.- You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- You have proficiency in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software.
- You have the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed throughout the workday.
- You have the ability to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
