ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER OR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE A MUST

Job Requirements:

  • Ensure service advisors are keeping their customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Manage and monitor service advisors and hold them accountable for their daily tasks
  • Monitor open repair orders
  • Assist advisors with repair orders, parts orders, warranties, and aged repair orders
  • Maintain advisor work processes and procedures
  • Make sure customers’ service files are up-to-date and are readily available for reference.
  • Maintain good notes and customer contacts
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Make sure accounts receivables are collected for service work.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Ensure that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.
  • Maintain reporting systems required by general management and the shop.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

· Prior dealership experience preferred

· Strong organization skills a must

· Excellent communication skills a must

· Stable work history

· Good driving record required

· Drug Free

Must Have:

· Excellent Customer Service skills

· Ability to work Independently

Hours: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 - 6:00, Saturday 8:00 - 3:00 (depending on customer needs)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
