A full-service law firm is seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney to join their estate planning team in Fort Myers. Their specialized attorneys help clients develop individualized estate plans, coordinate retirement plans and/or insurance beneficiary designations, and develop strategies to transfer assets in the most tax effective manner.The ideal candidate will have at least four years of trusts and estates experience, will be licensed in good standing with the Florida Bar, and has an LL.M. degree as well as an existing book of business. This is a full-time associate position where you will be expected to meet 1500 billable hours annually. You will have no direct reports and will work with a shared pool of legal support staff. As a hybrid work situation, you will be able to work at home and in-office.
