Midway Auto Parts is looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our sales team! This position is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Looking for someone with sales experience, automotive background is not required
- You have the ability to handle a complex selling environment, learn quickly and retain knowledge.
- You are adept at selling solutions at all prices.
- You are well spoken and have a high energy level.
- You increase sales volume by making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers
- You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement.
- Must work well with teammates in and outside of the sales department and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment questionnaire
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent phone and warm calling skills (will be taught)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate professional etiquette at all times
- Eager to engage in conversation with prospect
- Promote teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
- Must have basic computer skills
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus
- Relevant work experience – 1 year recommendation
Education:
· High school or equivalent (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.50 - $38.50 per hour
