PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for holding all agents accountable for performing at or above expectation

· Assist with internet inquiries

· Ensure the dealership actualizes its maximum profit on internet sales

· Use email, lead management tool (CRM), websites, and Microsoft Office applications

· Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere at all times

· Facilitate performance meetings and motivate the team to success

· Provide the necessary coaching and mentoring to ensure success

REQUIREMENTS:

· Professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills

· Has strong organizational skills and is able to multi-task

· Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and out-going

· Is team oriented and flexible; willing to learn

· Strong computer and internet skills; including Microsoft Office suite

· Has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
